Art in Yorkshire prize draw terms and conditions

The Prize draw / competition is open to all who complete the stated task or give an answer to the question posed.

You must be aged 18 years and over.

You must provide Axis with your name and email address to enter this competition.

Employees of Axis, members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the competition.

By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.

Only one entry will be accepted per person.

The deadline for entries is as stated for each competition.

Unless stated otherwise in the Competition Notice, prize winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries within 28 days of the closing date specified.

Axis decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Axis does not take responsibility for entries, lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions, virus, bugs, or any other causes outside Axis control. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.

Axis reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.

The prize is as stated in the competition details.

Prizes are non-transferable and there is not cash alternative.  Axis reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

Axis reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, Axis in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement entrant should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these terms and conditions.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to agree to be bound by them when entering the competition.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law.

This competition is administered by Axis.
